To protect the health and safety of our guests, Team Members, and community, Soboba Casino Resort has temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All of us at Soboba Casino Resort look forward to reopening and welcoming you back as soon as is practical!

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Q: What day and time will the casino reopen?

A: Soboba Casino Resort is pleased to announce our reopening on May 27th, 2020, at 12:00 PM.

 

Q: What is the age requirement to enter the casino?

A: In the interest of public health and safety the Soboba Casino Resort will only be allowing guests age 21 and over on property at this time.

 

Q: What day and time will the hotel reopen?

A: Hotel Operations will not resume at this time. Please check our website for future updates.

 

Q: What changes can we expect when you reopen?

A: We are taking cleanliness to a new level by implementing an aggressive new health and sanitation program to complement the already rigorous cleaning standards currently in place at Soboba Casino Resort. Upon reopening, all guests and team members will be required to wear a mask; gloves will be optional for guests. Upon re-opening, our gaming floor will be smoke-free, but we will have designated smoking areas.

 

Q: Will you only be open to VIPs at first?

A: Soboba Casino Resort will welcome all guests upon our re-opening.

 

Q: Will you limit the number of people?

A: Soboba Casino Resort is utilizing sensors to monitor the number of guests entering and exiting the property in real time. We will limit the number of guests allowed into the facility to ensure proper social distancing.

 

Q: What age must a guest be to enter the facility?

A: A guest must be 21 and over to enter facility.

 

Q: I have slot machine cash out vouchers that expired during the time Soboba Casino Resort was closed, what will happen to those winnings?

A: Un-redeemed vouchers that have expired since our forced closure will be honored in full.

 

Q: I had offers for your hotel that expired while you were closed, will you honor those offers or send me new ones?

A: Guests will receive new offers for our hotel as soon as we are able to resume hotel operations. Expired hotel offers will not be valid. Guests will begin to receive new Free Play offers that will be sent out as we near our re-opening date. Expired Free Play offers will not be accepted.

 

Q: When will you have your entertainment return such as Latin Night?

A: Soboba Casino Resort is not planning any concerts or live entertainment in our Cabaret or Event Center at this time.

 

Q: Will the bars be open when you reopen?

A: Our Tree Bar will be open, with limited seating to ensure proper social distancing. In addition, our Cabaret Bar will be open for drink service. However, the Cabaret dance floor will be closed and no live entertainment is scheduled for this venue.

 

Q: What services and amenities will be available upon reopening?

A: Three of our food outlets will be open with limited seating, and to-go service including Koffee Kiisha, Fairway Café, and the Noodle Bar.

 

Q: Are we still doing our March giveaway promotion?

A: The March and April giveaway promotions will be replaced with new exciting promotions once we reopen.

 

Q: What happens to my Soboba Rewards card and points while Soboba Casino Resort is closed? Will I lose my points or rewards?

A: Soboba Casino Resort guests will not lose any points or comp value due to this forced closure.

 

Q: What will happen to my Soboba Rewards card when Soboba Casino Resort reopen?

A: Your Soboba Rewards card will not be affected when we re-open. We have suspended any changes to status or tier for at least 60 days after re-opening.

 

Q: What are you doing to clean the casino and hotel?

A: The Casino Floor is being cleaned with a hospital grade disinfectant, an increase in frequency of cleaning of all casino areas is in effect, in association with social distancing, and other precautions, Soboba Casino Resort is working towards making the Casino and Hotel as safe as possible while not sacrificing the service we have been known for.

 

Q: What will happen to my hotel reservations, if I paid in full, will I be refunded?

A: All reservations that are due to arrive during our temporary closure will be cancelled without penalty. This policy will be in effect until we are able to resume hotel operations. We will offer a full refund to all guests that choose to not visit due to concerns about COVID-19.

 

Q: I was supposed to stay at your hotel with a group, but they cancelled. What will happen to my reservation?

A: All reservations that are part of a cancelled group event, will be cancelled as well, without penalty.

 

Q: What about the gifts I was supposed to redeem/pick up during March and April?

A: The remaining two March gifts will be scheduled for redemption as soon as a final date for re-opening is set.

 

Q: What if I had a birthday Offer to redeem during your closure?

A: Soboba Casino Resort will honor all birthday offers, even those that occurred during our forced closure.
